Our Story
Since 1980, the Linda Nieto’s family has been refining an old tradition. Guided by their roots in León, Mexico - she fuses unique techniques with tortillas & spices to create the most simple, yet interesting flavors, and textures.
Nieto Burritos are made in a ghost kitchen in Omaha, Nebraska. To achieve optimal quality, burritos are currently made in batches of 500-1000, based on how many orders are placed each week.
